We are now accepting applications for Fall 2017. Future students typically start sending in applications between October and January. It’s best to get it in sooner to get your first choice of apartment style and date. It’s advised that students apply by April.

    Parking: On-site parking is available and requires a parking permit.

    I hereby deposit $355 as a deposit to be refunded if this application is not accepted (minus the $45 application fee). These fees a total of $355 are non-refundable after acceptance but will ensure your consideration as a tenant. Receipt of Security Deposit is hereby acknowledged as a non-interest bearing deposit and NOT as the rental payment. In the event the application is approved, and applicant fails or refuses the apartment tendered for any reason not the fault of Management, and fails or refuses to enter into the contemplated lease with Management, then the applicant agrees to the following cancellation and withdrawal policies as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, to cover the cost of taking and processing this application, reservation and preparation of the apartment and the loss of rental income: Written cancellation received on or by June 1, 2016 will be refunded $150.00; Notices received after June 1, 2016 will have none or $0.00 of the deposit refunded. If however, in the event this application is denied or for any other reason for which Management is responsible, the lease is not consummated, the deposit ($310) will be returned to the applicant. Application is subject to approval and subsequent delivery of a lease covering premise. A $45 application fee will be withheld from the security deposit. If the application fee has been paid then the deposit is $310.

    Applicant and Guarantor declare that the application is complete, true and correct and herewith give permission for anyone contacted to release the information of the undersigned applicant to Management or their authorized agents, at any time, for the purposes of entering into and continuing to offer or collect on any agreement. We further authorize Management or their authorized agents to verify the application information including but not limited to obtaining criminal records, contacting creditors, present or former landlords, employers and personal references, whether listed or not, at the time of the application and at any time in the future, with regard to any agreement entered into with Management. Any false information will constitute ground for rejection of the application or Management may at any time immediately terminate any agreement entered into in reliance upon misinformation given on this application.
